This week, we’re catching up with our new Community Manager, Georgia!
In her role, she’ll be growing, nurturing, and connecting with the creator community on inzpire.me. Read on to learn about Georgia, what she looks for in creators, and what she has planned for the creator community!
Tell us a bit about who you are!
If you had to read my Instagram bio, you would gather that I’m a ‘born and raised’ South African living in Norway. I love the sun, the ocean, and one too many quotes about mindfulness.
If you spent some time looking at my feed, you would gather that I love a witty caption, am passionate about turning a regular moment into awesome content, and love to travel to picturesque destinations!
What will you be doing as our Community Manager?
I’m determined to nurture and act as an advocate for our incredible existing creator community. I want to help grow this community by connecting with quality creators who are excited to grow and succeed with us!
What do you look for in a content creator?
I want to connect with creators who are first and foremost passionate about creating content. This needs to be evident in their content and how they communicate across all of their social channels. I look for creators who put quality first and value engaging with their audience over how quickly they can obtain likes.
It’s very important to me that our creator community respects the industry and their audience by only welcoming collaborations that align with who they truly are. I believe they should never engage in suspicious activities like buying followers, partaking in engagement pods, or using 3rd party apps to mass follow others.
Do you have anything planned for the inzpire.me creator community?
We love our creators and the work they produce and I have plans to celebrate this more often using our community on social media and more! We gain such valuable insights about the influencer marketing industry and have some events planned to help pass these insights on to our creators in fun and exciting ways.
It’s also important to note that beside events and special occasions, I plan to act as an advocate for each of our creators on a daily basis. I want to ensure that each of our creators feels like they are truly aligning with the collaborations they do on the platform, and that they are excited about growing with us!

What does our community mean to you?
I feel part of a community when I am heard, understood, and supported! And this is precisely how I want our inzpire.me creator community to feel. I am passionate about content creation myself, and love that influencer marketing has become a legitimate industry where creatives like us can thrive and be recognised for our kickass content!
But, I also understand that creators can be exploited and often misunderstood in the professional space – which is why I am determined to help inzpire.me provide creators with a tool that supports your creative visions and is safe, fair, and easy to use!
